Our Commitment to Development
At IOF Academy, our core aim is the development of both players and staff—on and off the pitch. We are dedicated to creating an environment where learning, growth, and progression are embedded into everything we do.
Leading this vision is our Director of Football, Russ Hullett, whose experience spans some of the most prestigious clubs in world football. Russ has held senior coaching and scouting roles at Manchester United FC, Aston Villa FC, Chelsea FC, and Nottingham Forest FC, and has also served as first-team manager at Lillehammer FK in Norway. He currently works with The Football Association as a Regional Coach Developer, bringing unrivalled insight and expertise to the academy.
To further support our players, coaches, and parents, Russ will be curating and sharing specialist video content designed to guide technical development, tactical understanding, and individual improvement. These resources will help each player set and achieve personal targets—bringing them one step closer to realising their footballing dreams.
